What is UniBooks

UniBooks is a second-hand textbook search and matching platform built for university students in Taiwan. The app is at unibooks.app.

Purpose: students find the textbooks they need by ISBN, title or course, list books they no longer use, and arrange on-campus meetups with classmates through in-app chat. The platform only matches people — it never handles payments.
Features that need an account: browsing books requires no sign-in; listing, ordering and chat require an account created with a school .edu.tw email or a Google account.
Sign in with Google: if you choose it, UniBooks receives only your email address, name and avatar, used solely to create and identify your account. We do not access any other Google data. See the Privacy Policy.
